Coating is one of the key processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing and it involves coating film or sugar on medicines depending on the requirements and protocol. The major coating processes are sugar coating and film coating. Sugar coating is a pretty old method of coating bulk tablets with sugar. On the other hand, film coating is a process that involves coating medicines with a single spray polymer. Tablet Coating Pan provide solution for coating onto tablets after compression process.
We offer conventional coating pan which is also known as small tablet coater. Conventional coating machine is not just in the pharmaceutical industry, but also in food, confectionary and other industries. All contact parts of this machine are built with AISI 316/304 while the non-contact parts are made of AISI 304. The machine is designed with a fabricated structure and stainless steel enclosure. This kind of structure makes the machine easy to clean and operate. It is also mounted on an anti-vibration pad for almost nil vibration which eliminates the need of investing heavily in a separate foundational structure. It has an easy to replace polishing pan and coating pans of other sizes can be fitted to fulfill other requirements.

Octagonal Blender is a very useful machinery for pharmaceutical industry where in gentle blending of dry granules or powder is to be done. it consists of octagon body, rectangular center portion, top and bottom polygonal frustum.
It is provided with baffles for fast and efficient mixing, outlet port with butterfly valve. The entire unit is mounted on a sturdy stand, complete with electric motor and gear box. It can be supplied with bin charging system and can be designed for vacuum for dust free charging & discharging of product (Optional). The machine is provided with control panel board and safety railing.Small capacity model from 5ltrs - 100ltrs also available .
